# I have abandonned  cart / some shopify analytics are missing

If you notice that some analytics are missing on the Shopify Dashboard it can come from multiple things.

When tested on clean theme & shopify original ones, we get the Add To Cart events. So it's working on a clean installation.

Sometimes, some apps can block these events, or even themes.

Also, keep in mind that it's session stats, that means, the event is unique per session, if you click multiple time on the add to cart button, it will be show only once.
